Terms & Conditions

That in connection with the business or product selling, the Direct Seller Associates of Living Young hereby covenants as under:

  • Direct seller associate shall make proper canvassing for the sale of products across India. The company and sales team will assist in this process.
  • The company will not provide any office establishment or business running expenses to the Direct seller associate.
  • The Direct seller associate shall exclusively engage in selling company products and shall not sell similar/identical products. He/she shall also protect company patents and trademarks.
  • DSA ID must be quoted in all transactions and correspondence with the company.
  • No communication will be entertained without DSA ID and password. These must be kept secure.
  • The company reserves the right to suspend/block the associate if required details (PAN, KYC, etc.) are not provided.
  • The Direct seller associate must maintain integrity, professionalism, and good relations with others.
  • The associate must follow all company policies and government rules & regulations.
  • The company may modify terms, plans, or policies anytime. Updates will be published on the website and will be binding.
  • The associate must comply with all applicable laws and avoid any unlawful or deceptive trade practices.
  • The associate shall not manipulate business plans, product rates, or communicate on behalf of the company without authorization.
  • The associate is responsible for properly explaining the sales plan to customers.
  • Only company-approved promotional materials can be used.
  • The company’s trademark/logo cannot be used without written permission.
  • All arrangements and expenses for meetings/seminars will be the responsibility of the associate.
  • No duplicate Direct seller associate code will be issued on the same PAN card.
  • The associate confirms understanding of marketing and compensation plans and is not relying on any false promises.
  • The relationship is governed by company rules, procedures, and policies available on the website.
  • The associate acts as a freelancer and cannot create liability for the company.
  • The associate is not an employee/agent and cannot accept payments on behalf of the company.
  • All provided information must be correct. False information may lead to action by the company.
  • The associate should regularly check the company website for updates.
  • Income/incentives depend on sales volume. No fixed income is guaranteed.
  • Statutory deductions will apply to incentives.
  • Applicable processing or service charges may be deducted.
  • All policies and rules must be strictly followed.
  • In case of death, nominee/legal heir may continue subject to company rules and approval.
