Living Young is a digital direct selling platform where orders may be placed online at our e-commerce website www.livingyoung.in or picked up from the company office and/or from any of the shopping outlets (stores).

Pickup From Office Or Shopping Outlet (Stores):

Pickup orders can be placed at any of the outlets (stores). Payment options include cash, demand draft, credit card, and debit card.
Pickup hours for all outlets:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 A.M. - 06:00 P.M.
  • Sunday: Closed

Home Delivery:

Home delivery orders can be placed through our website www.livingyoung.in or at company office/stores.

Payment:

Available payment modes:

  • Orders at Office: Cash, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card
  • Online Orders: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.

Shipments are delivered in perfect condition when handed to the carrier. By signing “Received,” the recipient confirms satisfactory condition. Do not sign in case of damage or shortage. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, failing which it will be treated as accepted.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day. Orders placed after Saturday 2:30 PM are shipped on Monday. Delivery time varies by location (approx. 2–7 days). Deliveries may not occur on Sundays or major holidays.

Delivery of the Product:

  • Risk of damage or loss during transit is borne by Living Young, not the customer. Products delivered match website descriptions.
  • Shipping address and PIN code are verified before payment. If not serviceable, an alternate address may be provided.
  • Customers must accept delivery. Refusal may lead to liability. Living Young may decide on redelivery or refund.
  • Ownership transfers after full payment and delivery. Post-delivery risk is borne by the customer/direct seller.
  • Before accepting delivery, ensure packaging is in good condition and not tampered.

Governing Law:

  • Disputes shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator as per Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction: Jaipur Courts (Rajasthan, India).
  • The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Any breach will make the customer liable for damages and legal costs.
