Cancellation & Refund Policy

RETURN / EXCHANGE / BUYBACK / REFUND POLICY

Our Company focuses completely on customer’s/Direct seller’s satisfaction. In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers/Direct sellers can return or exchange the product.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Products with missing tags and invoice
  • Incidental damage due to malfunction
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
  • Damage not covered under manufacturer’s warranty
  • Garments that are used, altered, washed, or damaged

Exchange:

Order will be exchanged for identical product (size/color change for garments). Exchange valid only if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return:

Product must be unused and in original packaging. Return within 30 days (10 days for garments) with valid reason.

Refund will be credited to user account or original payment method after approval.

Required documents:

  • Return request with reason
  • Product & packaging images
  • Invoice copy

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Request via account or contact support at info@livingyoung.com.

If already shipped, return policy will apply.

Refunds:

Once return is received and inspected, refund approval will be notified via email.

Refund will be processed to user account or original payment method after deductions (if applicable).

Non-Receiving of Refunds:

Check bank account, then contact card provider or bank. Processing may take time. If still not received, contact info@livingyoung.com.

Shipping:

For defective or wrong products, return shipping is free. Otherwise, return shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

Buy Back Policy:

Products must be unused, resaleable, and have at least 1 year shelf life.

Within 30 days: Full refund (after deducting incentives). After 30 days: Refund minus incentives + 10% service charge.
